Kukis hias
  Source : NCC Bahan 1 : 300 gr mentega 100 gr gula halus 4 btr merah telur 500 gr tepung terigu 1 sdm maizena1 sdt vanilla Caranya : mentega dan gula halus dikocok sampai lembut, masukkan merah telur kocok lagi sampai tercampur rata, masukkan terigu, maizena dan vanilla aduk rata Icing nya aku pake resep yg pernah di posting M'Luluk di NCC Bahan : 500 gr Icing sugar / gula halus 100 cc putih telur 1 sdt Cream of tar-tar (optional) 1 sdt Cuka1 sdt Essence sesuai selera (Gak juga gak papa) Cara membuat: Siapkan panci besar berisi air. Masukkan bahan2 di wadah tahan panas, kocok sambil ditarus di atas panci berisi air tadi (spt di tim). Kocok terus selama 5-10 menit atau mencapai suhu 160 C. Angkat dan terus kocok hingga sampe soft peak.Siap untuk diwarnai sesuai selera. |
