Ayam masak ijo
perpaduan antara sabal ijo ala rumah makan padang dengan ayam fillet..rasanya, tetep maknyus sebagai teman makan nasi para penggemar hidangan pedas... Bahan : 500 gr ayam fillet, rebus dengan 1 sdm garam, 1 ruas jahe yang di memarkan sampai ayam matang, suiwr 2 ayam fillet yang sudah matang, sisihkan. Bumbu : 10 buah cabai hijau, cincang kasar 3 buah tomat hijau, potong2 6 siung bawang merah, iris2 4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis 1 sdm garam 2 lembar daun jeruk 2 sdm makan minyak untuk menumis 100 ml air panas cara membuat : Tumis semua bumbu hingga harum , lalu masukkan ayam suwir, aduk rata lalu tuangkan air panas kedalamnya, masak hingga air asat, angkat dan sajikan... |
