Salad a'la Ina
 Bahan : - 2 buah wortel, besihkan, potong-potong kotak kecil (1x1x1 cm ) - 300 gram buncis, buang kedua ujungnya, potong-potong 2 cm. - 1 buah mentimun., potong kotak kecil - 1 buah capsicum/paprika merah, potong kotak - 1 buah capsicum hijau, potong kotak - 2 buah jagung, disisiri - daun selada, robek-robek kecil Saus : - 250 gr mayones - 150 gr crunchy peanut butter - 4 sdm saus tomat Cara : - Rebus jagung, buncis dan wortel setengah matang - Campur semua bahan dalam satu wadah - Aduk semua bahan saus hingga rata, masukkan sayuran kedalam adonan saus. - Diamkan di lemari s beberapa saat, hidangkan |
