 Bahan :- 250 gram tahu putih, potong kotak , goreng - 250 gram tempe, potongkotak, goreng Bumbu halus : - 4 buah cane merah - 1 buah bawang bombay - 3 siung bawang putih - 1 sdt terasi - 1 ibu jari jahe Garam secukup rasa 1 cm lengkuas, memarkan 2 lembar daun salam 100 ml santan kental Cara : - tumis bumbu halus, daun salam dan lungkuas hingga harum. - Masukan tempe dan tahu yang sudah digoreng, aduk rata. Masukkan santan - Biarkan sampai asat, lalu hidangkan. |
